The Harrow MS Therapy Centre has annual running costs of approximately £250,000. We choose not to charge people for the services we provide as it goes against our charitable status, however we are in a perilous financial position because our outgoings are more than our income. Therefore fundraising efforts are an essential way of contributing towards covering our costs. The MS Centre relies on your contribution and donations.
